Initial Consultation and Analysis:Your custom website begins with us working with you to gain an understanding of your business objectives, who your customers are, and what the main purpose is for your website. We will then use this information to research your business sector and build a project outline that will show you how your website will meet your vision.

Domain Name Registration Setup:If you haven't purchased a domain name (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com), we can help to set one up for you.

Web Hosting Setup:If you do not currently have a web hosting company, we will help you to find a hosting company that meets your needs. We only recommend companies that we have experience in hosting with and we provide you with options based on your requirements. For instance, websites that utilize a database or have e-commerce functionality may require a web hosting company with higher performance than a hosting company that is mostly used for static websites.

High Quality Website Design:We will provide you with up to 3 unique design concepts to choose from. There are many factors that influence the design of your site such as brand-enhancement, usability, and performance. You will have input in each revision to ensure your vision is met.

Web Page Construction (up to 10 pages):Once we have created the optimal design for your website, we will add your content to your web pages. The content you provide will be organized appropriately for the best user experience. As we integrate the content into your website, we will optimize the pages using web standards in order to achieve consistency across standards-compliant browsers.

Web TestingAfter the design and content of your website is complete, we will test the site for usability, functionality, and performance. We will also make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors.

Website ReviewAfter your website is completed, we will provide you with a URL to review the site and provide us with any feedback. We are happy to make any changes you require during this phase.

Search Engine PromotionHaving a high-quality, user-friendly website is a great start, but you need people to actually find your website in order to succeed. Each of your web pages will be optimized for search phrases that relate to your business. You provide the terms you would like to use and we can help determine if there is a similar phrase that is used more commonly. When we finish your website, we will manually register you to the open directory and other major search engines. (Note: More extensive search engine optimization and monitoring can be performed for a fee)

Website Hand-OffAfter you have approved your website, we will publish your site to your web hosting company. Once paid for in full, we will provide you with all of the files used to create your website. This will allow you to fully maintain your site in the future.

- Content Management Solutions:We can create your site in a Content Management package that will later allow you to update and change your web content while keeping the high quality design of your website.
